Cheddar Swiss Steak

- 1 pound round steak
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 large tomato chopped
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the flour, salt and pepper and dredge the round steaks into the flour mixture. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and brown both sides of the round steak then place them into a roasting pan. Put the remaining flour, onion, garlic, tomatoes and celery into the skillet and bring it to a boil. Pour the mixture over the round steaks and sprinkle the cheese on top. Place the round steak into the oven for 2-2.5 hours.

Teriyaki Sirloin Steak

- 2 pounds sirloin steak
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, ginger, pepper and garlic. Slice the sirloin steak into very thin strips and place them into the marinade for 2-4 hours. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and brown the sirloin steak on all sides. Add the water chestnuts and fry for 2-5 minutes. Serve over white rice.

Salisbury Steak

- 2 round steak chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Preheat the oven to broil. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped round steak, onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Form the round steak mixture into patties, place the bacon on top and place them into the oven. Broil the round steaks for 5-7 minutes or until browned. Serve immediately with potatoes.
